GENERAL INFORMATION:
Best In The West Jet Rally is a non-compete event, this is an open, fun-fly event with very few restrictions.
Best In The West is an AMA Sanctioned Event. All Registered Pilots must have a Valid AMA Card and must be a CURRENT Turbine Waiver holder.
If you plan on operating a Turbine-Powered Model, you must show proof that you possess a Current AMA Turbine Waiver. If you plan on only flying Electric or gas ducted fans, you must only be AMA Current. Please have this information ready before you register, or at the Registration Table.
All Pilots who wish to participate in the event, and do not hold a AMA Turbine Waiver, you
have to register as a Pilot. However, all Non-Waiver Pilots, must fly on the buddy box system. If you would like to have a Turbine Waiver Pilot and CD sign you off, this may be done from Tuesday through Thursday by 6:00 PM. Please have all AMA papers with you. Please contact Joe for waiver time.

We are very honored that you have continued to choose Make-A-Wish as your event’s beneficiary. The funds your event generates go directly toward granting life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses, and our Greater Los Angeles chapter is so grateful for your support!
