Giant Scale Fun Fly. 4 days of non stop RC flying action. RVs welcome, no hookups. RC and Food Vendors onsite.
60" biplane, 80" mono 140" jets (wing span + fuse length) Night flying. Controlled flight line all the time. Helicopters welcome.
Port a Potties, hand wash stations and garbage dumpster onsite.
AMA and FAA ID REQUIRED TO FLY. All aircraft to be inspected.
Open flying after 5pm daily. No drones or RC cars/trucks.
GATE HOURS THURS TO SUNDAY 7am to 10pm.
Bring your warbirds and come fly with us. Dave Agar has announced plans for this annual event, conducted at the CCRCS club field at the fairgrounds.... All pilot's family members and the general public is invited to attend as spectators. The fly in is open to all club members, and guests with AMA membership. All aircraft need to be a scale model plane representing a real plane from any military conflict, from any era. Electric nitro and turbine models are welcome. (Turbine pilots MUST have AMA Waiver) This year's event will include a door prize for pilots and the spectators, and a there will be food bus on site for all your hunger needs. The entry fee will be $15.00, or $10.00 and a large bag of candy that won't melt in shipment to the troops - like hard candy. $5.00 of every entry fee will be given back to the winner of the door prize. The pilots meeting will be held at 8:45 sharp, and flying starts at 9 AM. The event will conclude at 1 PM with the door prizes.

Deep River R/C Flying Club is hosting it's Tenth Annual Open House Saturday, June 15th. The public is invited to fly a remote control airplane the club will have set up FREE. Deep River R/C Flying Club's field is located at 8163 Ainsworth Rd., Hobart, IN at Deep River County Park. Flying will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sunday will be the rain date. The Peoria RC Modelers will be hosting our 4th Annual Warbirds on the Warpath event, July 19th though the 21st, 2019. Since this a military aircraft event, we wanted to find a way to honor our local veterans. We have proudly partnered with Greater Peoria Honor Flight. Our goal this year is to help send area veterans to Washington DC to experience the memorials that are testament to their service.
Our home field is a beautifully groomed 600’ grass strip with a 300’ hard (fabric) surface runway,
multiple bay charging station, 9 pilot stations, easy access, primitive camping and convenient to shopping and hotel lodging within 10 minutes of our field. Our event will feature a salute of World War I and II aircraft.
All military aircraft from any era along with classic aircraft are welcome.
Come fly on the beautiful Central Coast where the weather is moderate on the hot summer days. Right off HWY 101 in Santa Maria. Four days of relaxed flying at a great flying facility. Proof of current AMA required at registration.
500ft X 50ft paved runway with runoff area. Lots of open flying space. Extended shade canopy & power available in the pits. Pilots raffle, food and drinks available for lunch (Friday and Sat). Santa Maria Style BBQ on Sat. evening. Dry camping for a fee. 3D, turbines and night flying ok.

The Binghamton Aeros have hosted one of the largest Giant Scale Fun Flys in the Northeastern US for the last 34 years.
The event this year will be three full days!
Come fly with us at one of the best flying sites. It is on a full scale private airport with a close cut grass runway and wide open overfly area. None of those pesky trees.

Best In The West Jet Rally is a non-compete event, this is an open, fun-fly event with very few restrictions.
Best In The West is an AMA Sanctioned Event. All Registered Pilots must have a Valid AMA Card and must be a CURRENT Turbine Waiver holder.
If you plan on operating a Turbine-Powered Model, you must show proof that you possess a Current AMA Turbine Waiver. If you plan on only flying Electric or Gas ducted fans, you must only be AMA Current. Please have this information ready before you register, or at the Registration Table.
All Pilots who wish to participate in the event and fly, but do not hold a AMA Turbine Waiver, you
have to register as a Pilot. However, all Non-Waiver Pilots, MUST fly on the buddy box system. If you would like to have a Turbine Waiver Pilot and CD sign you off, this may be done from Tuesday or Wednesday by 6:00 PM. Please have all AMA papers with you. Please contact Joe for waiver time.
Best in the West 2019, the 30th Annual will be a Nostalgic show with many of the previous Contest Directors and Pilots in attendance.
