Join us for our combined Warbirds and Scale event. Models of any full-scale aircraft are welcome. Please bring simple documentation if your model is of a rare or unusual full-scale aircraft.
Awards and Prizes:
- World War I began in July, 1914. In observance of the 100th anniversary, the most realistic model of a WWI aircraft, flown at the event, will receive a special award and prize.
- Award for best non-WWI Warbird model.
- Award for best non-military model.
- All pilots are also eligible to win lucky-draw prizes.
Aircraft must fly for award and prize eligibility.
The RCCD flying field is 1200 ft long, 300 ft wide and is beautifully leveled & maintained grass. 110volt power is available. Your pop-up shelters and camp chairs are welcome in the spacious pit area.
